How do I change my email address?
If your email address has changed or you have never provided an email address, you will need to update it by email or by contacting our customer center.

How do I track my order?
When we send your item, we will send you an email with a link to track your order. Or, if you log in when you purchase items, you can log in online and track your order from your profile page.

I have questions about my order, who can i contact?
You can contact our customer service center via email or online chat. Our business hours are Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm.

How do I choose the size?
The associated product page has a link to the "dimension table" next to the "Select size" drop-down menu.

I am looking for a specific project. How do I search online?
You can enter the product name in the search box in the upper right corner, or you can use the navigation bar at the top of the page to find the correct category.

What guarantee do you offer?
Warranty between products is not the same. Gutort will fulfill its obligation to provide a remedy under the Consumer Protection Act if there is a problem with the goods purchased. Some products do provide an extended warranty period; these are included on the relevant product page.

Why is the color of the product on the site different from the product?
We try to make sure that the color in the image accurately represents the color of the product, but depending on the screen you are viewing, it may be slightly different.

Can I order products by phone?
We do not accept phone orders.

What payment method do you accept on the Internet?
Credit Card (Visa, Master Card), PayPal, Western Union and so on.

Can I retun a product?
We are happy to exchange your goods within 30 days of receipt of your item (not including swimwear, lingerie, etc.), accompanied by purchase vouchers to keep the goods in their original state without being washed and used.
